Returns
To qualify for a refund or exchange, products purchased on Bigfoot Never Lies and shipped by us must be returned with proof of purchase within 10 days from the delivery date.
Return Conditions:
To be eligible, all of the following conditions must be met:

Items must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.

Items must not show any signs of wear, use, stains, odors, or damage (including from deodorant, perfume, pet hair, etc).

Returns must be approved by our support team in advance. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Made-to-Order, DIY, and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return.

If a product was imported by us and is defective or inaccurately described, we will cover return shipping.

Important:
We are not responsible for returned packages lost in transit. If the return is lost, no refund or exchange will be issued. Please always use a trackable shipping service and keep your tracking number.
Refund for Returned Items:
When a return is approved and processed, we will issue 50% of the product's value as a refund, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance with our support team.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, the following process applies:

Inspection Time: Please allow 3–7 business days after the item arrives for our warehouse to inspect it.

Refund Processing: If approved, the refund will be processed within 2–5 business days.

Total Refund Time: Depending on your credit card company or bank, it may take 5–15 business days after processing for the refund to reflect in your account.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping fees (if any) will only be refunded for defective or incorrect items.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@bigfootneverlies.com.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank statement and contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary. If you have taken these steps and still have not received your refund, please email us at support@bigfootneverlies.com.
Order Adjustment/Cancellation

Orders may be modified or canceled within a limited timeframe after purchase by contacting our support team at support@bigfootneverlies.com.

Once an order enters processing or production, modifications and cancellations may no longer be guaranteed.

Some orders may require customer confirmation before cancellation can be finalized.

If we do not receive a response to a cancellation confirmation request within 24 hours, the order may proceed to production and shipment..

Personalized or made-to-order items cannot be modified once production has started.

Size or color exchanges may be available if the replacement item is of equal value.

Orders already in transit or delivered are no longer eligible for cancellation.

Once an order is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss transfers to the customer. Any liabilities or risks associated with third-party shipping fall on the customer.
