Where Do You Ship?
We currently only ship within the United States, including all 50 states and U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands).
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
When Will I Receive My Tracking Number?
Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Asia. Please allow extra time for processing during holidays and peak sales periods. Typically, order preparationāincluding stocking and packagingātakes 3-7 business days. Once your order is ready for shipment, we will send you the tracking number. If you havenāt received tracking confirmation within 7 business days of payment, please contact us. Delays may occur if there are issues with your order, such as incorrect payment or contact details.
How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?
Shipping times may vary due to factors like customs clearance, holidays, and weather conditions. However, we will keep you updated with any available information regarding your shipment.
The estimated delivery time is calculated as follows:

For orders to the United States, the estimated shipping time is 10-25 business days, with most deliveries arriving within 12-14 business days.

We stand by our commitment to timely delivery. If your order exceeds the specified delivery time, we offer a refund on the shipping cost (or a partial refund if shipping was free):
- Mainland USA: 40 days
- Other U.S. locations: 45 days
Risk-Free Shipping
If your order does not arrive within 60 days, you will receive a full refund for the affected item. Should your order be missing, please contact us at support@bigfootneverlies.com. We will investigate (typically within 3-5 business days) and arrange a replacement if necessary.
